SPARK

SPARK is the trendy restaurant/longue in downtown Provo on University Avenue next to Wells Fargo. Known mainly as the place to go for a stylish evening out, SPARK offers an array of food and drinks at fairly decent prices. While the quality of the food is satisfying, SPARK’s drinks are they real crowd pleaser. The pretty glasses the beverages are served in are just the start of the amazing taste sensation one would experience with any SPARK’s drinks. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, my roommate got the lycheetini, one of my next door neighbors chose the Shirley Temple, my other neighbor picked the mango mojito, and every single one was amazing (we passed them around so we could taste everyone’s). With the drink alone, my bill was around $6 (tip included), and I had a great time getting to know everyone a little better. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid-back, but the service was a little too slow for my liking. Overall, my experience was very pleasing, and I would definitely recommend SPARK for those looking for a chic restaurant without the chic price.
